Yes. Go to Settings → Import and download the CSV template. SchoolApp validates every row before anything is written, so you will see a preview of errors — duplicate admission numbers, malformed dates, unknown class codes — before committing the import.
Half-days count as 0.5 in monthly percentages by default. You can change this under Settings → Attendance → Weighting, where a half-day can be treated as present, absent, or a custom fraction.
The mobile apps cache the current day's registers and timetable. Teachers can mark attendance without a connection and it syncs automatically when the device is back online. Web features require a connection.
Staff accounts are unlimited on every plan. Billing is per enrolled student, so adding teachers, coordinators or office staff never changes your invoice.
Yes. A guardian account can be linked to any number of students across classes, and the app shows a child switcher at the top of the dashboard.
