Between 09:14 and 11:02 IST, receipt PDFs for card payments queued rather than generating immediately. Payments themselves were never affected and all receipts were issued once the queue drained. Cause was a slow third-party gateway callback; we have since added a timeout and a retry path.
Planned two-hour window from 01:00 IST. Read-only mode was in effect for 38 minutes. Completed ahead of schedule with no data loss.
A provider certificate rotation caused push delivery delays of up to 40 minutes for Android devices. iOS and SMS were unaffected. Resolved by rotating credentials and adding an expiry alert 30 days ahead.
Large report exports over 5,000 rows failed for roughly 25 minutes during a worker deployment. Retrying the export succeeded. We have since made deployments drain in-flight jobs before restarting.
